WE’RE COMMITTED TO

OUR MISSION

CAVA is a Church that is passionate about God. We celebrate the Lord enthusiastically and serve others with love. We are made up of people from all walks of life and from different nations. We have a missionary heart and an international vision.

Led by Pastor Samuel Kamuanga since 2000, CAVA CHURCH has the desire to lead many to discover and experience more deeply the love of God that transforms and heals lives. The many testimonies of restored lives that we receive are themselves testimony to the greatness and power of God’s love. This is what motivates us to work more, pray more and serve as a church in Lynn, for there is a great harvest.

WHAT WE BELIEVE ABOUT…

THE BIBLE

We believe that the Bible is inspired by God, it is the authority upon which we place our faith and conduct. We believe it is absolutely trustworthy.

GOD

We believe in God, the Creator and source of all things, revealed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that God wants to reveal Himself to us through His Son Jesus Christ.

We believe that God has a wonderful plan for every man and woman, and that we can experience it in Jesus Christ.

JESUS CHRIST

We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary.

We believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross and shed His blood for our sins.

We believe that Jesus rose from the dead and He is coming again. We believe that the forgiveness of sins, the healing of the sick and the solution to all man’s problems is in Jesus.

We believe in a life of sanctification following the new birth, through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, and through the word of God and the Holy Spirit.

SALVATION

We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in Jesus and what He accomplished.  We believe that every man can become a new creation in Jesus Christ. We believe that repentance, which God requires of all men and women, is necessary for the forgiveness of sins.

THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit equips every believer to manifest the nature and character of Christ, to operate in the manifestation of spiritual gifts and to be filled with power to be an effective witness.

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit which is manifested in the clear sign of speaking in tongues.

PEOPLE

We believe that every believer is a minister of God and has the responsibility to develop his gifts, talents, and calling to put them at the service of the Body which is the Church by committing himself to serve.

We believe in prayer and worship to create the atmosphere that allows God to do His will in our lives and on earth.

FAQ

How long are your services and what is it like?

Each service lasts about 90 minutes. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a spirit filled  modern worship music segment led by our worship team. All the lyrics will be displayed on the screen so that you can sing along with the whole congregation at your ease! This Vibrant time of celebration is followed by a practical and uplifting message that will strengthen your faith. You will also enjoy other moments during the service such as testimony time, special song and prayer. Our desire is that you experience God in a real way.

Is there anything I should do before the service?

You can stop at the information table where you will be given a folder containing the CAVA CHURCH brochure  and other important information.

What should I wear?

If a suit and tie feels good to you, do so. If casual clothes help you feel comfortable, go for it. We don’t really have a required dress code.

Where do I park?

If you are a guest or need assistance, turn your flashers on as you enter our parking lot and you will be directed to the closest spots available. For all other guests, parking attendants are available before all services and will direct you to an appropriate parking spot.

How do you offer communion?
We take communion every first Sunday of the month and on some special occasion during the month. Communion is a very special time where we, as followers of Jesus, we take communion together as a community. In doing this we give thanks in remembrance of Jesus who took the sin of the world upon Himself and died on a cross so that those who accept His free gift of grace would not perish but have eternal life.
Is there a separate service for my kids?

Sundays at CAVA KidZone are the best days of the week. We have vibrant services for children ages 1 to 12 years old, where we use multiple learning styles to help children grow in their faith. At CAVA KidZone we provide a nurturing, safe, and fun environment for all children. In our age-specific classrooms we welcome all children to experience the love of Jesus and we guide them to shine the light of Christ in their daily lives. Our mission is to help raise up leaders who love Jesus and serve their generation.

We meet every Sunday at the 9:00AM and 11:00 services.

Do you have a nursery?

CAVA KidZone contains a nursery that serves children ages 1 to 2 years old. The nursery is run by our trained staff who love God and love serving children. During service, the children play, complete fun activities, and worship God together.

To check in for childcare, simply visit the registration table of the KidZone to register your child. There you will receive a sticker which you will use to pick up your child after the service. On that sticker, there is a code, which would appear on the screens in the sanctuary in case your child needs you during service.

How can my student get involved?

CAVA Ministry Teens is a student ministry tailored to teenagers ages 13 to 17 years old. We help teenagers to forge a deep personal relationship with Christ and to become disciples for Christ. Our time together includes moments of prayer, discussion, and sharing the Word of God in a manner relevant to their experiences.

CAVA Teens Ministry meets every Sunday at 9:30AM at our Malden campus. Every 3rd Saturday of the month we have a night of fun and fellowship called “Teens Night”.

How do I become a member?
